This project will begin on page 368 in the book with the activity “Creating a Table”.
This activity requires you to work with two documents, make sure your are using the
correct document before you start each activity. In some cases an activity will
not tell you to change documents, in such a case just continue to work with the same
document.

Alternate directions for opening and saving the table on page 387 under the section
Create a Table.
Click on the link for for the Table document.
- Open the document in Microsoft Word
- In Microsoft word click on File tab
- Click on Save As
- In the window that appears click on the Browse button
- In the Save as dialog box navigate to your USB drive
- Save the Table as Class Table.
- On page 394 under Changing the page orientation section, do the above steps 1 - 6
for the Flyer document above and save it as Dance Flyer.
This project will end with the completion of the activity “Inserting Quick Parts”
starting on page 413 in the book.
You will submit to the Project 4 drop box the completed Class Table and the completed
Dance Flyer. You can print copies of these documents for you own records.
This project is worth 44 Points.
