- Navigate the hierarchy of folders on the computer
- Explain the function of the two panes in Windows Explorer
- Demonstrate how to collapse and expand folders
- Demonstrate how to create new folders
- Demonstrate how to create, move, rename and delete folders and files
- Use Windows help
