Use notepad to write the HTML for a new website page. To learn how to do this, visit the HTML webquest
Just like in the WebQuest you will create a basic web page complete with appropriate document tags. Use the Discovering Computers website’s Student Edition lab “creating web pages” for extra help in learning how to write HTML.
Make sure you:
have a head section which includes the title - (not mentioned in the WebQuest)
have a body section with a non-white background color
format the text:
- size
- color
- justification
- style (bold and/or italic)
add line breaks
add scrolling marquees (image or text)
add at least one image
add a hyperlink
