If you send me email concerning any of the courses I teach, please label the SUBJ: line in the following manner so I know which class you are enrolled in or interested in and the assignment about which you are seeking information and I know who you are before I even open the email.
SUBJ: Course and number. Section number. Topic of your email. Your last name.

DESIRE 2 LEARN Course Management System
(for ECC Internet sections numbered 770 and LIT 201-700+ and LIT 201-201)
This is a free portable word processing program to download for educational use which can create files readable by MS WORD for Windows, ECC's standard word processing program / preferably for use on a jump or flash drive.
Do you need a PowerPoint Viewer in order to see the various PowerPoint presentations I have made for my courses? If so, click on the above link which will take you to the appropriate Microsoft page where you can begin to download the necessary free viewer program. You may also use any computer on the ECC campus which has Microsoft Office (including the PowerPoint program) loaded on it, including the library, many computer classrooms, and computer labs.
For some of my instructional materials on the course web sites which follow, I have created .pdf files which can be read only if you have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. You already may have this software on your system, but if not, you may click on the above link and go to the Adobe website for the free download.
