LIBRARY
While your textbooks, handouts and lectures provide sufficient information,
if you have a need to catch up or refresh something (especially math!) the
library has several books on reserve to help you. To assist you a bit, the
Library compiled a list of books specifically for your course. You are not required to use them, but you may find
them helpful. Click

Introduction to Chemistry
There is an excellent online presentation available
on Fordham University web site. Its graphics is awesome, and it covers properties
and classification of matter, measurements
and sig-figs and atomic
theory. Few advanced topics are available, too.
Atomic theory
If you like to explore "The Science Odysey", clicke here. This
web site contains some very interestign aspects of the theory of atoms as
well as "juicy" biographies of scientists like Neils Bohr,
Erwin Schroedinger
and Ernst
Rutherford.
Another really cool place is the interactive Periodic Table of Elements.
You can click on an element symbol and you get all its properties and history
of discovery.
