Windows 2000 - 2 versions (Windows 2000 Milllennium Edition or Windoes Me for home users and Windows 2000 Professional (a network version)

Windows XP - an upgrade in four editions:

Mac OS - used on Apple computers - current version is OS X.__.

UNIX - a multitasking operating system developed for mainframe computers in the early 1970's by Bell Labs
