Technical Support

Many of the math classrooms are equipped with computer projectors (i.e Proximas) and other audio-visual equipment. For technical support or to request audio-visual equipment, contact the Help Desk at helpdesk@elgin.edu, or 847.214.7979 (7979 from any campus phone). If you have any problems with technology in the classroom, call them directly from the classroom phone.

VGA Adapters: For those with iPads or other devices that do not have VGA output to connect to the projectors, some are available to check out by contacting the Help Desk.

ECC IT supports only official ECC equipment.
