Tuition Reimbursement

For the most up-to-date information, be sure to check the elgin.edu/jobs website and the ECCFA contract.

Tuition reimbursement applies to the faculty member, spouse, and children under 25. Only credit courses may be taken and a “C” or better must be earned.

In order to receive reimbursement, the student (faculty member, spouse, or child under 25) should enroll, pay for, and complete the course. Once the course has been successfully completed with a C or better, the faculty member should complete a Tuition Reimbursement Request.
