MULTIPLE IDENTITIES

For this project, you are to make a series of 3 images that appear to be photographic, but have been subtly manipulated by combining the same person multiple times. Frame your thinking in terms of narrative - use the single frame to tell a story, explore an incident or describe an emotional state.

You are to create three (3) final images for the project. Each image should composite at least three different figures. The images should be seemlessly blended in Photoshop. YOUR IMAGES MUST APPEAR TO BE PHOTOGRAPHIC. You are required to generate NEW imagery for the project - do not use old work or net images.

The easiest way to insure correct perspective and proportion is to keep the camera stationary and vary the figures. Tripods are available for check-out on request.

Your prints are due on Monday, April 7th, for group critique and discussion. The final sizes of your individual images can vary in size but should be a minimum of 6" x 9" @ 300 dpi. All prints must be window matted and submitted in a portfolio container.
